Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jackson-Airport, MS

clean large room everything worked fantastic breakfast (real eggs!) personable staff great location safe we were traveling from wilmington nc to houston tx and booked early through booking.com. then came the hurricane and a forecast of 22 inches of rain. we postponed our trip after the cancellation period. on the night of our reservation the manager called me and worked with booking to get the reservation moved at no cost. then the hurricane changed course and we had to leave early, and again the manager worked with us. way beyond the call of duty. very pet friendly this our goto halfway point from now on much better than the other hotels i have stayed at in the jackson/pearl area.

The people were nice and the location was good.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The shower pressure was amazing. The Inn was very clean and the breakfast was good ( very much like other places) but what made it better was the staff. At the breakfast bar there was a very nice lady helping all of us and making sure the buffet was stocked even though it was very close to closing. I felt very safe at this establishment (2 Woman and 2 kids under 12) **Excuse our mess**

Location wise it's a good place to be, but everything was well in the room till my dog found a half eaten honeybun under the bed... totally disgusting, oh and one side of the mattress was sunken, which hurt my wife's back

Room was ok. A bit disappointed as i expected a higher standard from radisson.
